Hello,
I have been using Help Center Live for 1 Year, And I love it more then kayako.   But the only down side is that there is no "operating Program" For it, You have to run it off your Website, but im sure more people would use HCL if there was a program.    Like what kayako Has. 


And Keep It free too :P
