I have a problem.   I'm logged into admin and able to create depts, operators, dept icons, etc.   But when I click on 'Operators' in admin it shows me as 'Not Logged In' and the website shows the offline icon.

Has anyone got any ideas?

I have stumbled across the answer myself.

While having a nosey through the config. php file, I noticed that the timeout for operators was set to 40 seconds.   I simply altered this to a couple of hours and it shows me as online on both the websites and in admin.

I hope this helps others with the same issue.
