but operator created.

I'm afraid I've been left scratching my head with this one.

The only thing I can suggest is that somehow your download got corrupted.  Try downloading a fresh copy of HCL, remove the setup folder and config.php file and overwrite with what you already have in place.

Let me know how you get on with this.

Login to your admin interface.
in your top right corner you have "System Configuration", Click that.
Now click "operators".
There you have a list of operators.

Click "View Statistics".
Now you see some statistics of that operator.
There you click "Reviews:     View Reviews"

I hope that helped.

When it comes to the "undefined variable: blob" error.
I can confirm this is the same for me.
It is not a serious problem however as the functions still are intact.
for now ignore it and wait for 3. 0. 0 :)
