The operator image is too small! Is there a way to increase the size of operators image?
And the email form when hcl is offline must have required fields, as email and subject.

all of these things is found in templates i belive.

the form that is shown when all operators is offline is live_divert.tpl

the operator image issue you are refering to depends on what page you want this picture to be bigger.
but either way that is also in templates most likely.
