ok I am new at this so dont laff I did the installation to the route directory and everything worked fine after configuring everything as per instructions the problem I have is when I type in my website live help comes up as a full page and I cant get back to my normal page ie it comes up automatically have I got to make a nother page in my route directory and install it there or have i pasted the code in the wrong place ie public html i have unintalled it for now awaiting alittle info from the experts, I am sure I have pasted the code in the wrong place so any help or direction is really appreciated
