I posted in another thread here about multiple operators being able to connect to the same chat requests.  I was going to submit a bug at http://www.helpcenterlive.com/tracker/index.php (which is where the front page links to).  I registered, and waited for the confirmation email.  Which I got, clicked the link and it gave me a blank web page (no source either).  I have tried clicking the link multiple times with no results.  If I log into the tracker now, I don't see where I can submit a bug?
