Is there an active Admin or Moderator with this forum? Is there anyone who is involved with the development actively supporting it? Or is this Dead On Arrival? Just another "open source" program that never quite works right.  Look out Microsoft.  I know. . . "It's Free!"

HCL works fine. I have been using version 3.1.7 for a while now and it seems stable enough.
