Successfully installed and tested the chat software but appears to only work on PC browsers.   What about Mac browsers?  I can initiate a chat session from a Mac user as well as accept the request from the admin console but the Mac user request never moves past "Please wait while we connect you".   Is there a fix for this?  Seems many users are having the same issue.   Seems strange that the chat program will only work for PC's.   If there is no fix then how about not allowing the session to start from a Mac user and redirect them to submit a form email.
