Alright I pointed my website to the hcl/setup folder with all file permissions set properly. and i get this error:

I have tried to edit the config.php file to change the user name and password to the username and password of the mySQL database i created and still nothing. Any ideas ? THANKS !

The access write is ok.

I have the same problem, and the folder permissions are ok. .  I can't findt out what is wrong :(
