I had a question about "Offline" status.  When someone writes a message when the operator is offline, does the message go to the admin and where would I view it? Or does the message come to my email? I am not seeing either.

should go to your email.   what ever your admin log on to it is, you should have given that operator an email.   go to settings, then operators.   pick the admin log in and check the email address you put in.
