Simple question...

Q- How can I take more then 1 chat request at a time?

Spent hours on the board unable to find anything.

To be completely honest, I am not sure if it is possible. I don't use HCL much anymore, as I have built my own program to handle it, but I would assume that if clicking accept on two chats doesn't work, it isn't possible. However I thought that it was something that you could do.

A hackish solution would be to create two operator accounts (both with the same display name), sign in in different browsers, and use it that way.
