Does such a thing as "Installation instructions for Windows 2003 Server" exits?

I want to install in IIS but dont really know where to start.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  All I have done is download the zip and there was no setup.exe so Im already stuck Sad

Hi, consider this requirements:

  ### Pre Install ###
  - Make sure you have PHP 4.3.2 or greater installed
  - Make sure you have MySQL 1.3 or greater installed
  - Make sure you have created a database for HCL
