Im trying to delete transcripts and all i get is a bank page.

Why?

Are you trying to delete them as an operator, or as an administrator?

Usually a blank screen indicated an error of some sort.  Is this version 2.1.3?

Ok, I'll try to reproduce the effect here.  If you could try adding
Code:
$conf['opdelete']=true;

in your config.php file, and see if it starts working.  It will be a little bit before I can get in there and try testing it.

That line was actually supposed to be in the config, not sure how it got left out. Sad
