After some exstensive research our community of over 27k members decided that HCL was the right choice for us.   So i installed it to the server, got it up and running went to the admin panel, inserted my admin user/pass and it refresh the screen.   I do this a couple times, ok no big deal i'll take it all out and restart diff username and pass.  .  .  nope same deal it just refreshes the page?

Server Info ( Not sure on all you need but):
Apache version 2. 0. 63
PHP version 5. 2. 6
MySQL version 5. 0. 67
Operating system Linux

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you removed the setup directory .  HCL will not run if you have installed, and still keep it.
