I would assume he is asking if there is an app for HCL. Like the program that you are working on and such, as well as HCLApp. And there is, but as of right now they are either pay-to-use with no way to buy it, or broken.

You could integrate hxxp: www. dimdim. com into it or create a custom dimdim room and save the link as a canned message or hot page.   i.  e. 

hxxp: webmeeting.  dimdim.  com/portal/JoinForm.  action?meetingRoomName=ExtraHelp

This would give you the ability to provide audio/visual support, as well as, allow the visitior to view your screen or give control to the visitor so you can view theirs.
