After setup department canned message, I can't send the canned when live chat, pls help

Here's a fix to the canned messages problem... 
In the compile/ directory, edit the following file:

%%115^%%1156303852^chat_admin.tpl.php

Change the 3 "message_js" to "message" (removing the _js).

That's it.  I believe it's a simple typo.
