I would like to place just the Live Help image into my contact page... What code should I add to my existing page. The structure is like this:

mysite.com/contact.php
mysite.com/LiveHelp/

Sorry I wan't clear... the On Line/ Off Line ... I already have a contact page that I thought I could just integrate the On Line/ Off Line link.. does that make sense?

to do that you must do the following:
1.- Enter the admin pannel (hcl/admin)
2.- Click on System Configuration
3.- Click on Generate Code
4.- Choose between Text, Image or HTML code and click the option
5.- Click on Generate Code
6.- Copy the generated code on the page you want to display the online / offline text or icon

No worries.  I still occasionally go to mysite/hcl to try and log in (it is supposed to be mysite/hcl/admin!)
