I have an ask.

How can i  make, that helpcenter ring when there are a customer?
this means, when a customer click on Support chat, and come in the launch. That Helpcenter play a sound:)

It currently make a sound, did you hear it?, if you do, the idea is to replace the sound file with the one you want to hear

using only the code provided by us, it's not possible, but you can develop a program to do that.  If you browse the forum you'll find a similar post published by someone that has develop it, but he is selling it.
