does any1 knows how to change the link of the offline icon such that when it's clicked, it doesn't go to the default contact us page of hcl but to another url? thanks in advance~!

Edit your /modules/HelpCenter/index.php  You can put any HTML there you would like (I believe you can even put header commands there, to force a redirect.)

thank you mlzhosting for your prompt reply. however after looking at the codes in index.php, i seriously still don't have any idea how to go about this. anyway, my ultimate aim is to redirect all clients who can't get real time to use my site's contact form instead of the default contact form. is there gonna be massive editting in this case?

Right now it's fairly hard coded, I can see if I can make a example file for you, might be a little bit, but it should let you do what you need it to do.
