Do you mean how long a chat can last?  Currently there is no such beast.

i want to repeat chat notification sound "In coming Chat request" . now it is playing only one time.

Encode some mp3-files of your choice (e.g. some free songs) with low sample rate and replace the current mp3's. Depending on your choice your notification lasts 2 or 3 minutes.
