Chat session always shows offline.

Hi

Chat session seems to be always offline. Cannot chat. Shows error. Cannot initiate chat. Contact us and ticket system working well. Can any one help with chat session.

What version? 2.1.5 cleared up a lot of problems with timeouts and not showing on-line.
