i am using IE 7 and HCL 2.1.2.
i can't change my offline/ online icon from by using IE 7.
How can i change my icons..?

You need to update to 2.1.5, there is a timer bug in 2.1.2 that can cause this issue.

if you persist on using the 2.1.2 version, you can just replace the online.gif and offline.gif images on the icon directory.  It's not a good idea to use this version but it can be a quickly solution for your issue
