Hi All,

First off, Congratulations on such a fine product (Help Center Live as per title  :))

"Software Version: Help Center Live! v 2.   1.   7"

What I would like to know is if it is possible to remove the "Click here for Live Help - Powered by Help Center Live", when you hover the move over the Online and offline images, shown below, Please?

If there is - would someone guide me through the process please?

Unfortunately, I can't place pics on here, probably because I am a newbie with only two posts?

The back links and branding must remain per the terms of use.

Check the terms of use as I am not sure about the previous post and if this is what you mean?

open file /lang/english.php

find line 104:
$lang['click_for_live_help'] = 'Click here for Live Help - Powered by Help Center Live';

Edit to your requirement.

So the "Powered by..." is termed a copyright notice?

Is this part editable then: "Click here for Live Help - "

w3it,

The "Powered by Help Center Live" text is indeed a (somewhat informal) copyright notice.  It simply identifies to your users that you are using technology developed by the Help Center Live team and that the technology is not your own.

Anything before the "-" in the statement "Click here for Live Help - Powered by Help Center Live" near line 104 in the language file should be modifiable without violating the terms.
