This is a great program by the way.

I have just been playing around with and it doesn't seem to allow an operator to have multiple chats at the same time.  If an operator is chating with someone and another request comes in then the current chat is lost and asks for the Nickname again.  I don't even get the accept or decline option.  I am runnig version 2. 1. 7.

Is there a fix for this?
