Trouble installing Fantastico into one of my domains.

Install WordPress (2/3)
for some reason, I managed to get my domain tangled up in my main directory and I can't figure out how to correct it manually as they instructed me to do below: The message below keeps coming back to me and I haven't figured out how to fix it myself. Do you have any idea how to fix this?
The installation can not be completed
:
- You chose to install in the main directory of the domain 4-fast-fatloss. com, but there are conflicting filenames, therefore we can not proceed. Following filenames already exist in the main directory of the domain 4-fast-fatloss. com (path="/home/knekted/public_html/4-fast-fatloss. com/"). You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation:
wp-admin
Click on the browser's Back button to fix reported errors.
