I don't know if this is the way it is supposed to work, but I was expecting a "Close Window" button after the "Your email has been sent." text after submitting an offline message.  This exact thing is also happening to me after the chat transcript request and rating form.

Any ideas if this is the way it is supposed to work?, If have something wrong in my settings or installation?, and how to rectify this?

I am thinking that the fact that the form reloads can make some customers confusion, even though the "email sent" message is there.

I am uploading the before and after screen captures of the form.
