I have a strange problem when install the Help Center Live.  this is the error Im getting

but let me tell you that I test this application on my test server & it was perfectly fine.  And also I tried on another test server, that also fine. 

So i Installed on the live server & its not properly installing.  I tried more that 03 time actually.
Its looks like a independent problem to this server.  Any body has a clue about these errors?
Is that a problem with php configuration?
