Please Help!

I tried to change the offline icon to one I edited and saved as a jpg and bmp.

When I did a save as from the admin area the image was in a bmp format.

When I tried Use department icon: and browsrd my hard drive I selected the offline icon (bmp) and got no image just the word default and a red X.

I just wanted the off line image to say - email help available - so users would know that there was a way to cotact us.

Now I cant even get the original icon to show up on the webpage hxxp: effortlessmanifestation. com/

Please Help!!!

Make sure your new icon is in the . gif format.  For some reason it doesn't like . jpg or . bmp.  Worked for me.
