i allotted the department as -->support
and i also allotted the operator for that support. .
after alloting the operator. . . . the operator login to support the user. . . but it shows the offline message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
I tried a lot still i don't find any solution. . .

please give the solution as possible as you can guys. . . . . . . . .
