I just tried to access the demo using demo/demo.  It doesn't work.

Also don't you guys have a contact email address, it's pretty user-unfriendly to force someone to register on the forums before he can leave you guys a message about how the demo on your website doesn't work  >:(

Also for um a live chat product, would it be expecting tooo much to actually have the live chat product running on your website?

If you would read parts of the forum you would see that many people have mentioned that the demo does not work. You would also see that all of the staff work in this in their spare time and, with the economy being the way it is, have almost no time to work on this anymore. If you think you can do better, please go ahead and try.
