Hi there,

I have two issues. 

Issue 1 - Initiating Chat

I am unable to initiate a chat.   When I try, the system initiates a chat with me and everything I click on takes me in a circle of "talking to myself". 

Is this a bug, or is there something I can do about it?

Issue 2 - Page Resolution is Wonky

When I log in as either admin or operator, the top of the page hides up underneath my toolbars.   I can see just enough peeking out from beneath the tool bar to let me know something's up there.   This is apparently preventing me from having access to all the links/tools/options, but I couldn't tell you which ones since I can't see it.   

The version of HCL available to me through Fantastico is 2.  1.  4.   I've uninstalled it for the time being.   Would these issues be resolved if I manually installed version 2.  1.  5?

My browser is FireFox 2.  0.  0.  15, my server is Linux and I'm running Apache 1.  3.  41 (Unix), php 5.  2.  6, and  MySQL 5.  0.  51a-community.

Edit - Both of these issues exist in both IE7 and FF 2. 0. 0. 15.
