I notice that if I (or a client) types a sentence longer than about 20 words, then the sentence appears in the window for a split second, and then disappears, making the question invisible to the other side.

I have checked system configuration settings and I can't find any settings that may be causing this.

Is anybody else experiencing the same, or know of a way to prevent this happening?
