Is there documentation for HCL?  I installed it and have it all running.   And I think it looks pretty good.   But I have questions.   The forum search doesn't seem to be working and I can't change from page to page in the forums.

1) What is CoBrowse and CoForms?
2) What happens to the data from the post-chat survey?
3) What exactly does the priority do?
4) If HCL picks an operator for a chat and that operator refuses (or times out) does it go to another operator?
5) Modules?
6) Postgres?

So many questions. . . . .
