Hi,
Everything is working well except the "Initiate Chat".    Nothing happens after I click Initiate Chat.
If you can advise, I would appreciate it.
I have 2.  1.  5 version installed.

If HCL isn't working, I won't likely be able to fix it, but please describe step-by-step how far you are getting.  I checked the english.php file and there isn't string called "Initiate Chat", so I can't quite tell where it's failing.  Also mention anything unusual about your server OS, sever, browser, etc.  Maybe somebody will have a suggestion.
