Hello all.   I'm new to this forum.   Looking forward to learning more about the product.

I have a new install of Help Center Live installed at hxxp: www. pureairemonitoring. com

The Help icon appears in the blue bar on the right when an operator is online.

The pop-up window for a person requesting chat is a full-size browser window, opens on a new tab in Firefox. .   How can I make the pop-up window smaller for the client?

Unfortunately, it only shows the size you specify with IE and Avant that I know of.  Firefox makes it a full browser page as do several other browsers.  There is nothing that can be done about this at present.
