I am having problems here and can not track the issue, nor can I find the solution here on the forums.    When I, or one of my operators try to upload a picture for their profile, we get the following error:

UPDATE SET WHERE

Does anyone know how to fix this? This is a new install of HCL 2.   1.   7

Are there any special characters in the filename? I just tried changing icons on my installation with no problems.
