Hmm, what is the server OS, webserver+version, PHP version you have on the server side?  Which browser are you using.

OK, I reinstall everything and seems to work ok.
But now im still testing and when for example i sent a request to an operator (cutomer and operator are all me) it connects and disconnects shortly wihtout let me as operator accept the request. In other words, is there any way to make the wait period longer so then an operator can see and accept the customer's request?

Yes, you can change the timeouts in the config.php file in the HCL root.   However, make sure your using two different browsers (for example, IE and FF.)  You might be getting cookie contamination trying to be both with the same browser.

Another person is reporting the same issue.  Since there are a couple of different people experiencing this, I've been trying to break one of the test servers to create the same issue.

If you can create a file, preferably in your hcl directory that contains the following:

Code:
<?php phpinfo(); ?>
and name it anything you like (with a .php extension, ie. somename.php), then PM me the URL for the file, that may give us a better look at the issue.

Thank you, I'll get started comparing your setup with the ones I have here, and possibly take one machine (which only has apache for testing HCL) and try to configure as close as what you have.

One thing I'm sure you already check, however I gotta ask, you've checked all the directories permissions, cache, compile, and icons and ensured that they are 777 correct?
