Error when Start Operation Chat

I experience error (icon not show up) when I start operation chat. Sometimes the top frame doesnt load too. Im using ver 2. 1. 4

Can someone advise.

Download and install 2.1.7, making sure that you set all the permissions properly as defined in the installation guide.
