You don't have permission to access /support/admin/code. php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


This only happends when i try to generate code for image everything else works.  But from what i have read i need to generate image code.  since everything else shows me offline.

Use your ftp client to check the "file attributes" (or "permissions" depending on your ftp client of choice) of each of the hcl directories and the file in question.  If your permissions/file attributes are correct you should not get this error.

Can you or someone else please indicate the correct permissions?

If i try to give 755 to the code. php file I get the error 500
