First i would thanks for giving a jump start software for online helpdesk ie indeed good.

Below are the few bugs i would like to narrate and are urgent to be fixed as per my analysis.
It happened while i was giving a educating demo over HCL to a local business community .

1) There is a problem when file is sent and received over cross platform
 * if the file is sent from IE[HCL Admin ] to FF [Chat] it is fine , but if a file is requested from FF[Chat ] To IE[Admin] the chat window collapses. 
I have not checked the viceversa but i hope that is happening since this is a cross platform issue . 

2) While a chat use is in session with an operator , his live chat button is still Online[can send chat request] , if he in mid request another chat .  the original chat window which is in session , having chat transcripts , is taken over with a new request to be sent .  At the same time operator also gets the
message to accept new chat .   a) Unfortunately if the chat is declined at user end the original chat is not restored , but default message comes up "All operators busy . . . " b)if operators accept chat .  then new chat session begins , in the same chat window.  I dont know what is happening to the original chat and if the chat session used is new or the same one . 
I think once a chat is activated from user end , the online button should not be clickable .  This will resolve the problem .
I am using chat request icon prepared seprately for departments

3) Chat transfer crashes .
When a chat is tranfered from one operator to another operator , a javascript comes up asking the former chat operator to close the window.  if this is not done in few seconds , the windows is not getting closed sometimes .  At times javascript alerts are closed by alt+f4 by clients.  In such scenario
a) if chat is accepted by another operator and the former window is not closed , a conference starts , one cleint taking to two operators . 
b) further if the former operator ends the chat using [end chat] link the whole chat conversation dies .  even at transfered operator end . 

I hope as an admin and key developer , i can accept some quick fixes from you . 

Few fixes are done by me like
a) stopping blank email transcript forms from submitting .
b) integrating username and emailid of a website where livechat is to be integrated.
c) stop showing the email form once the transcripts are emailed . 

Awaiting a resolve .
