Hi guys got a question.  The answer is here somewhere most likely.

I have HCL running on my website and when I run it in IE and the client runs it in IE everything is fine but the moment one of run in FF neither of us can connect.

Running the latest FF and IE.

Any ideas or would I just be better off put on my website that the support feature only works in Internet Explorer to save stress

Dunno but it was an install from Fantastico and made the changes and it works so as the saying goes dont fix whats not broken  :)
