Not sure what is going on, but I cannot connect with firefox or chrome, but IE is fine

It hangs on wait while we connect you, the operator picks up but it doesnt go further in those browsers

had to search for it, but this fixes both firefox and chrome issues, someone should sticky that thread or fix the current download to prevent it from occuring

Even I am facing problems when it comes to using a different OS and different browsers.

Can anyone tell the reason behind this Huh
