Hello,
I have installed v2.15. When client want to initiate a chat session, after clicking on HCL link, it shows that departments are online. But clicking on some online department - after couple of seconds it returns 'Sorry no available operators...".
But if client try to initiate chat session again - then it works. So client must always do that twice.
Any idea why this is happening? Maybe some fix is already present?

there is no fix because it should be working fine, did you try the debug file?
