i am running cubecart and i need help implementing help center live into my site.   i see  how to generate the code but i dont know where to put it.   also it says this in admin (You are now ready to start providing live support, so click Launch Request Monitor when you Exit System Configuration.  ) where is this option and how do you exit.  does that mean logout.   i understand what is going on just need a little direction as far as where to put the code.   please help.   thanks
