When a chat user types anything and submits it, it comes through on the other end as a bunch of numbers and percentage symbols (ie.  34%345%76%29%837%. . . etc)  It is not legible in any way.

Although, if I got to view the transcript, all comments can be seem clearly there.

Any ideas as to why this is happening and how to fix it?
