We've just installed HCL for the first time on our site and it is proving to be a useful addition already. In the last two days we've had around 10 chats with site visitors
We have had a few issues whilst testing where the customers screen was hanging after an operater accepted the chat but I'll work on trying to solve this myself a little more. If I can't find a fix I'll no doubt be back to ask for assistance
Just wanted to say thanks to be honest, we're always looking for ways to improve our site and HCL has certainly done that.
