Hi, i am new in this Help Center thing, actually i am more a designer than a programer but i'm the only one who really knows how to solve this kind of problem.

Anyway, the client is complaining that the help center live dont work when she is using IE7 and her client is using IE6.  She claims that the response from the client never gets to her.

Anyone have some idea about that? It's getting really hard not kill the client.
