i uploaded new online/offline icons for a department/operator.      

After uploading i do not see icons but alt text only.      

Greatly appreciate help solving this problem.

I get this often too - but a refresh on the "client side" will make the "online" links update.   Let me know if you've found a solution.   Particularly how to keep my "admin side" from timing out/logging out after a while - Thanks!
