Hi there. .  What i need and trying to do is to only show the web traffic monitor in the live help monitor window to operators who are admins.  Normal operators won't be able to see the traffic monitor except the live chat requests.  i have been busy reading and studying the codes and trying to put in my own custom smarty variables in but have no luck with it yet.

Any ideas?
