When I watch transcripts messages from guest are OK but i see
Code:
(9:19:49) 123: 8 AG8B09 2A5 4;O ?>;L7>20B5;O 8 >?5@0B>@0 C65 A45;0=>
instead of message from operator
It happens only if message is in russian with english messages it is OK
Is it fixable? How can I fix it?
--------
P.S. Sorry for my english (((

Your English is fine! Smiley  What version of MySQL?  Also, I assume this is on 2.1.2  Frankly it sounds like MySQL isn't dealing with the the character set, something that would be easy to overlook, so if that's the case, you may have found a bug.

But I can see messages from guest normally
Code:
(13:51:48) Default: ?@825B
(13:51:57) qwe: привет
(13:52:03) Default: ?>:0
(13:52:09) qwe: пока
Default - operator
qwe - guest
As you can see messages from guest are in russian
Also as I understood messages from both operator and guest are in the same cell in database (I'm not sure)
Code:
%3Cspan%20class%3D%22operator%22%3E%3Ci%3E%2813%3A51%3A48%29%3C%2Fi%3E%20%3Cb%3EDefault%3A%3C%2Fb%3E%20%26%2363%3B%26%2364%3B%26%2356%3B%26%2350%3B%26%2353%3B%26%2366%3B%3C%2Fspan%3E%3Cbr%20%2F%3E%3Cspan%20class%3D%22guest%22%3E%3Ci%3E%2813%3A51%3A57%29%3C%2Fi%3E%20%3Cb%3Eqwe%3A%3C%2Fb%3E%20%26%231087%3B%26%231088%3B%26%231080%3B%26%231074%3B%26%231077%3B%26%231090%3B%3C%2Fspan%3E%3Cbr%20%2F%3E%3Cspan%20class%3D%22operator%22%3E%3Ci%3E%2813%3A52%3A03%29%3C%2Fi%3E%20%3Cb%3EDefault%3A%3C%2Fb%3E%20%26%2363%3B%26%2362%3B%26%2358%3B%26%2348%3B%3C%2Fspan%3E%3Cbr%20%2F%3E%3Cspan%20class%3D%22guest%22%3E%3Ci%3E%2813%3A52%3A09%29%3C%2Fi%3E%20%3Cb%3Eqwe%3A%3C%2Fb%3E%20%26%231087%3B%26%231086%3B%26%231082%3B%26%231072%3B%3C%2Fspan%3E%3Cbr%20%2F%3E

Hmm, yup, looks like a bug.  For some reason it appears that the operators information isn't being stored the same as the visitors.  I'll do some checking and see what we come up with.  I'm not sure if there will be a hot fix for this, since 2.1.3 is pretty close to being released.

Ok, I think I found the issue, it is in the beta2 release now.  Somehow I dropped it when I did the changes, but it is in there.  Once beta is complete this one should be off the books. Smiley

Ok, I'll take another look at it.  Not sure why it's happening tho', since both sql statements are identical now.  I've added a issue about it.

Can you help to find any solution?
